This was a fantastic event despite the weather! We were pleased we were able to do most of our activities, even if not quite in the planned order! The Met. Office informed us that it would rain a lot by 12.00, which is why we had to change the plans for a picnic lunch and return to the infant school for lunch instead.The Yr5 Polehampton Play was fantastic and our Yr1 children performed their dance wonderfully inside instead.

The Start
The procession from the Infant School to the Junior School was lead by children from the Junior school playing drums and other percussion instruments. At the very front was a banner the Juniors had made.

Blue Class
The children in Blue Class made painted pasta necklaces decorated with ribbons and coloured paper.
