The Iinkai Judo & Self Defence Club at Polehampton Infant School is held before school on Monday mornings from 8.00-8.50am.
Iinkai Judo Club was established in 1999 by David Edmonds, Director and Chief Sensei.
They teach classes in and around the Thames Valley, at numerous Schools and Reading University, catering for all ages and abilities.
The classes offer pupils the opportunity to work up from white belt through to black belt, attend Judo and Self Defence gradings and participate in competitions.
Iinkai provides students with the opportunity to learn an effective method of self defence, a martial art and take part in a fun and enjoyable Olympic sport.
