Newsletter No. 27
Friday 30th March 2007

Dear Parents, Carers and Governors,

Admissions 07/08
If you have a little one due to start school next academic year, you should receive notification from Wokingham Borough Council shortly indicating which school you've been offered. You will need to reply by 20th April. If you do not hear over the next couple of days, please call 0118 974 6000 and ask for Primary Admissions.

Easter Celebration and Church Service
Didn't all the children look fantastic in their Easter Bonnets and with their Easter Baskets? Thanks to all our families and friends for coming along and celebrating with us.
The PTA Raffle made over £690, which is an incredible total.
We enjoyed a lovely service at St Mary's Church with the Junior school yesterday. Rev. Simon really captured the meaning within Easter for us.

Year One Trip to Kew Gardens
Do take a look at our web-site as we've just popped on a couple of photos of our trip.

Change to Casual Sessions
Would you like an extra hour at the end of the school day? Does one of your children attend an after school activity and their sibling feels left out? If the answer is yes then The Monster Fun Club could help. As from April, we will be offering a 1-hour casual session as well as full casual sessions. The new 1-hour casual will cost £3.50 and run from 3.30 - 4.30 each evening (subject to availability). The full casual sessions will still be available as before but at the new rate of £7.00 (3.30 - 6.00 p.m.). To book either, please contact the Club on 07986 554 042.

Local Weekend Weather
Looks promising, a few fluffy bits and very slight chance of light rain!

Thank you and Have a Lovely Holiday
It's been a wonderful term. Thanks for all the support we've received from parents and our whole school community.
I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work. Having such a committed, enthusiastic team makes it a delight to come to school. I know the children benefit from that too.

We'll see you after Easter on Tuesday 17th April.

Best wishes
